Bing Cha Dan Congis produced from selected, fresh, spring tea leaves using freeze-drying instead of the final drying. This technology allows the prepared tea to retain most of the properties of fresh tea leaves: bright colour and fresh flavour. The taste is very mild, delicate, less astringent than other Dan Cong teas treated in a conventional manner. This variety yields an infusion of a gentle green hue, allows for a large number of brews, and leaves an intense, long, fresh, floral aftertaste. This is a real gift for all tea lovers.
