Mei Gui Hong Cha is a classic example of fast-fermented red floral tea from the best gardens of Fujian province.
The infusion has a nice red colour and a rose fragrance, yielding a surprisingly subtle, delicate and refined taste.
Best brewed at 100°C, up to 3 times.
