Description
Young tea leaves rolled into rings, filled with fresh jasmine aroma.
This green tea is grown on the high altitude Moon Palace plantation in the Yunnan province. Carefully collected, the leaves are processed on the same day and wound onto thin bamboo sticks to give it its original form. To make the aromatic bouquet persistent and keep it fresh, the tea is submitted to a traditional multiple flavouring process with large flowers of white jasmine.
During brewing, the rings slowly unfold into individual neat tea leaves. The brew gives a transparent light green infusion with a soft, fresh, rich aroma of jasmine.
Best brewed at 90°C, 3 to 5 times.
