Description
Osmanthus Oolong is produced by combining dried sweet osmanthus flowers with tea leaves in much the same manner the more familiar jasmine tea combines jasmine flowers with tea leaves. This tradition of tea making is not too ancient, but still quite old.
Sweet osmanthus flowers give this tea a very unusual and pleasant bright flavour reminiscent of ripe apricot, peach or papaya. The combination of the pure aroma of mountain grown tea with hints of flowers, herbs, citrus and osmanthus pollen give this tea an unforgettable bouquet.
Best brewed at 100°C, up to 5 times.
