Description
The Gao Shan Yun Wu green tea is harvested on the peak of Lushan Mountain in Jiangsu province, which is shrouded in fog about half of the days in a year. Its history dates back to the Han Dynasty (202 BC – 220 AD). In China there is a saying: “Where there are clouds and fog, there’s bound to be good tea.” Gao Shan Yun Wu –is the best illustration of this statement! The leaves of this tea are rolled into tight glossy emerald spirals. The fragrance contains light notes of fir-needles and citrus fruits. The taste is dense, fresh, full-bodied with a long aftertaste.
