Description
Gui Hua Oolong tea is made from leaves plucked off the Jin Xuan variety of tea bushes. The processed tea is blended with fresh osmanthus flowers and left for two days. Once the tea has absorbed the flavour, it is separated from the flowers and packaged. Gui Hua Oolong has a pleasant floral aroma and the mild flavour of oolong tea.
How to brew it beautifully: the pin cha way, boiling on fire, with a gaiwan.
How to brew it quickly: in a teapot, in a mug, in a glass bulb.
