Description
Silver needle is an elite yellow Chinese tea from the Fujian province made exclusively from tips and young leaves.
Yinzhen has a pronounced exquisite aroma, as well as an unusually long and colourful after-taste. This tea brews into an infusion of a particular pale colour with a barely noticeable beige tone to it.
It is best brewed at 80°C for up to 3 times.
